"A healthy mind in a healthy body"

Sports and fitness play a important role in the overall physical and emotional development of children. At Sri Krishna International School we promote and encourage a lot of sporting activities in addition to the two periods in a week for Physical Training (P.T.)

We also encourage students to take part in sport activities after school hours. We provide specialised coaching for kids and teens to learn skills of the sport as well as to compete in local and state tournaments.

YOGA

Yoga incorporates several other practices that concentrate on the balance between the body and mind. Yoga classes are planned around for 45 minutes class for both pre- primaries to high school. Different kind of asana, meditations are taught to enhance concentration, streets free, and improvement in academic performance yoga increases self confidence and self-esteem school also celebrates international day every year where the school together perform the surya namaskara.

KARATE COACHING

We offer Karate Coaching for School kids (after school hours) by experienced and qualified instructors who have participated at the State level for various martial arts tournaments. Students of all age groups from I – IX Std are willing to learn. Training and development is held in a safe, friendly and challenging atmosphere that nourishes the complete growth of an individual. The organisation is yoski from Bangalore that is headed by Internationally qualified and experienced Instructors. Students have participated in various tournaments and won prizes.
